Welcome to Hiine. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Hiine, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and any policies or notices that may be presented within the app. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.
Your use of the app confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement. If you use Hiine on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on their behalf.
We may revise this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, business practices, or security needs. Updated terms become effective when posted in the app, on the relevant store listing, or otherwise made available to users, unless a later date is stated.
Your continued use of Hiine after any update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the app.
You agree not to misuse Hiine. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: using the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes; attempting to gain unauthorized access to the app, its systems, or related networks; interfering with or disrupting the service; uploading malware, malicious code, or harmful files; and using automated scripts, crawlers, scraping tools, bots, or similar means to access or extract data from the app except as expressly permitted by us.
You also may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise attempt to discover source code or underlying components of the app except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law. You must not upload, record, or share content through the app that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy or publicity rights, is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hiine and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, health records, reminders, business opportunities, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to use, the app.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to Hiine shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the app or services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hiine and its operators, affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the app; (b) your breach of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right; or (d) any content, materials, records, images, notes, or data you submit, upload, store, or share through Hiine.
Hiine may provide automated calculations, forecasts, trends, visual summaries, calendar heatmaps, symptom summaries, mood charts, cycle progress indicators, reminder suggestions, knowledge materials, and similar outputs based on information you enter. These results are generated automatically for general informational and self-management purposes only.
We do not guarantee that any result, estimate, forecast, reminder, chart, insight, or recommendation will be accurate, complete, current, medically appropriate, or suitable for your particular circumstances. The app is not a medical device, not a substitute for professional medical advice, and not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or emergency use. Any reliance on app results is at your own risk.
We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your access to Hiine if we believe you have violated this Agreement, created legal risk, harmed other users, interfered with the service, or engaged in conduct that is improper or unlawful.
You may stop using the app at any time. Termination or discontinuation of access does not affect provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
Hiine is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, accuracy, or reliability.
We do not warrant that the app will meet your expectations, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that stored records, reminders, or outputs will always be preserved or available.
You retain ownership of the content and information you provide through Hiine, including dates, cycle entries, symptom logs, mood records, written notes, images, reminder settings, and similar materials. We do not claim ownership of your user content.
However, by submitting or storing content through the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and temporary license to host, process, format, analyze, display, and use that content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and provide the app's features to you. This license ends when your content is deleted from the service, subject to reasonable backup retention, legal obligations, and technical limitations.
Hiine is offered on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access. Features may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, updates, platform issues, network failures, device compatibility limitations, or events beyond our control.
We may add, remove, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, function, content category, visual theme, purchase option, or part of the service at any time, with or without notice, unless otherwise required by law.
You are responsible for the truthfulness, legality, completeness, and appropriateness of the information you enter into Hiine. You are also responsible for keeping your device secure, protecting access to your account or local app environment where applicable, and reviewing your entries, reminders, and records before relying on them.
If you choose to record health-related information, personal diary content, photographs, or sensitive personal details, you do so at your own discretion and are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content. You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from the content you provide.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use Hiine for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices that you own or control.
No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this Agreement. You may not lease, sell, resell, distribute, sublicense, commercially exploit, or otherwise make the app available to third parties except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
Hiine is intended only for individuals who are at least 17 years old and who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these eligibility requirements.
If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use Hiine. We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user is under the required age or otherwise lacks legal capacity.
Hiine, including its software, interface, layout, design elements, text, graphics, branding, logos, visual themes, compilations, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted in this Agreement, no ownership rights or other rights in Hiine are transferred to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any part of the app except as allowed by applicable law or with our prior written permission.
Hiine may offer in-app purchases, including consumable virtual currency such as coins, through Apple In-App Purchase mechanisms. Coins are licensed, not sold, for use only within Hiine for eligible in-app functions or content, if and when available.
Coins have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, are non-transferable, and may not be resold, exchanged, or withdrawn. Unless required by applicable law or by the applicable platform's mandatory rules, purchases are final and non-refundable. Availability, pricing, and permitted uses of coins may change at any time.
Hiine is a lightweight date and cycle tracking application designed to help users record, review, and manage important personal timelines. The app centers on menstrual cycle tracking and gentle self-care support while also reflecting broader countdown and milestone management principles such as date organization, reminders, historical review, and calendar-based visualization.
Depending on the features available in the version you use, Hiine may allow users to enter and update start dates, end dates, flow information, symptoms, mood records, written diary notes, reminder settings, and optional images. The service may present cycle progress and estimated forecasts, calendar heatmaps, trend summaries, symptom heatmaps, mood fluctuation charts, reminder tools, locally presented wellness or knowledge content, moon phase suggestions, themed cards, archive views, date detail pages, and edit or delete functions. The app is intended to provide an easy-to-use personal toolkit focused on recording, understanding, and revisiting important dates and cycle-related information over time.
Hiine is not a social platform, not a public content feed, not a matchmaking or relationship service, and not an AI chat companion product. It is also not intended to provide cross-device synchronization unless expressly stated. The service is built as a practical personal-use tool emphasizing simple input, stable reminders, visual review, and long-term record keeping.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which enforcement is sought, without regard to conflict of law rules to the extent not prohibited by law. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
